I'm looking to buy a Black Vega with Aluminum plate preferably. BNIB is preferred but I don't mind buying it as long as it doesn't have any huge external scuffs / marks which are visible after keycap installation.
Also trying to buy a GMK Burgundy with Hangul set. BNIB preferred but I'm also open to kits with light use and no shine.
Comment before PM.

2021.10.22 18:40 adocdt Shouldn't A PCP Give a Referral To A Specialist if Dementia Is Suspected?
I've been involved in my grandparents care and health for several years now. My grandmother started showing initial signs of impairment around five years ago this December. I'd say she's in late early stage or early mid stage at this point (IF that's the issue).
I personally don't like their PCP. I think he ignores way too many issues. He's a 70 year old internist, personally I think he should be retired and not giving medical advice to 89 year olds.
I could give you 20 reason why I dislike him, but the main ones are how dismissive he has been to two serious issues with my grandparents.
Two years ago my grandfather was hospitalized after feeling very ill and with chest pains. He ended up having a pulmonary embolism at 87 years old, due to deep vein thrombosis, which caused acute heart failure. He spent three weeks in the hospital.
Come to find out, his PCP knew about his extremely swollen legs and never did anything about it and brushed my grandfather off.
My grandfather did eventually recover, but only to an extent. He's healthy for an 89 year old, but that event dropped was a huge hit and caused a noticeable and sudden decline in him. The hospital referred him to a cardiac specialist after his release, and he was pissed as hell that my grandfather's leg issues were never taken seriously by his PCP.
For my grandmother, as I said initially, these symptoms started about five years go and have progressed since.
Their PCP never sent her to a neurologist, she's on several medications with side effects being memory impairment but he never looked into it, and even today, five years later, I just took a look at her medical chart and it only lists "minor memory impairment", despite things getting much worse.
At her age, and with her issues, shouldn't she have been sent to a specialist? Shouldn't her medications have been looked into? Shouldn't more tests have been run?
I'm trying to explain to my grandfather that with them both being nearly 90, they need to drop their current PCP. They shouldn't be seeing a 70 year old internist. They should have a PCP who is at least below retirement age and has a focus in geriatrics.
I just want to know if I'm wrong or right here, because at this point I think I need to take over fully and legally in regard to my grandparents medical decisions.
I don't want to, because I do think my grandfather is still competent in his daily life, but he's not comprehending or understanding the medical issues appropriately in my opinion.

2021.10.22 18:40 fleckchen The horse is too smart for me
Sooo. I've been working with a horse, that's apparently way smarter than me. He takes very good care of his rider, has good manners, but I just can not find a way to do basic groundwork with him. He yields from pressure, steps backwards and comes back to me. And that's it. Let's say I want to lunge him: I send him a few steps back, lead him the way and all he does is standing there, staring at me like F... you, I won't do what you tell me. One time I was able to lunge him. I did desensitization training and he was afraid of the spraybottle in my hand. But to me it feels wrong to use it as a method to make him go. What do you think? Today I tried something new. I would tap his butt with a stick and as soon as he walks forward I rest the stick on his back. It just took a few minutes for him to understand what I wanted. He was really relaxed and chewing as we walked a few steps in the arena. Then he came to a halt and I couldn't convince him with my tapping method to start walking again. Does anyone else here have similar experiences with their horse not responding or tips that could help?
The horse I'm talking about is a 22yo Pinto. .

2021.10.22 18:40 kportman What can I learn from a colonoscopy?
I have some mystery IBS (chronic diarrhea, stomach bubbly, gas). Symptoms started earlier this year and keep building. I was treated for EPEC, but my symptoms haven't improved since. So now, the next step seems to be a colonoscopy.
I'm okay with that (I did some reading and it doesn't sound terrible), but what do you learn from these? Are there things that are readily actionable after? My fear is I go through this test and they say "you have nothing wrong" or "you have X" and the treatment is just anti-diarrhea meds anyways so why bother. Is it more just to check for cancers?

Will I have to redo the physical at meps? Reason I ask is because I didn’t do well in depth perception. Since then I’ve gotten a reevaluation that says my depth perception is good if I don’t have to do the physical again will they see that my depth perception is good now?

I saw that the option to make a companion a lord has been added into the game but I can’t work out how to do it? Apparently you speak to them and offer them a castle but I can’t find the option. Maybe because I’m using a save made before the update (have updated it tho) but I don’t want to lose my save really.

🚀 Uptober Token - JUST LAUNCHED 🚀🎃
Aren't you tired of "x10000 gems" with hidden team wallets and not so "fair launches"?
Most of the new released "meme" tokens have a life time of maximum 1 day, if you are lucky...
We won't promise the moon, but if we will go there, it will be due to our community work combined with our hard work behind the scenes.
💰 Uptober is not just a BEP-20 Token, it is a phenomen. During last years, October is considered to be “Uptober” for most of investors, because very few lose money by investing in this month, due to all the tokens that are going only up. As everybody is talking about Uptober, we are sure that our Token will be a success and despite the fact that we have “free promo” from our name, we are working hard to be recognized everywhere, including CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, Binance Smart Chain Scan, Influencers and Press-Media. 💰

2021.10.22 18:40 baobaowrasslin Need Advice About a Threat to my Unborn Child
Okay teachers of reddit…I need help. I’m a first year high school teacher who is also 7 months pregnant for the time being. I had an incident with a student who is not mine and I am needing some advice on how to proceed.
Here are the order of events: in my planning period, I was asked to briefly watch the art room while the teacher had to step away for about 15 mins. Art teacher left a sign on the door saying “NO STUDENTS INSIDE” but also left a side door cracked, for ventilation, I assume. A group of students was eating lunch outside and one stepped into her room. I poked my head into the room (I was sitting in the hallway outside her room but still inside the building) and told her she was not allowed to be in there until Mrs. Art Teacher returned. She replied that she needed to wash her hands. I replied that she could go down the hall to the bathroom to do that but could not be in the art room. She then screamed like a true wild animal. High-pitched, banshee-like scream that indicated she is likely one with other behavioral issues. I responded to that by saying again that she could not be in there. The reply was “Girl, you’re messing with the wrong bitch” as she proceeded to wash her hands in the art sink anyway. I told her, “I’m not a girl, I’m a teacher and you still have to listen to me.” As she finished, she aggressively ripped the paper towels from the dispenser near me and walked out while still saying something, although I could not hear it.
As the bell rang, I followed her to her next class and asked her teacher for her name. He gave it to me and I wrote her up in our online handbook explaining all of this. I assumed this would be the last I’d hear of it.
I then went back to my room and was grading papers when I got up to use the restroom across the hall from my room. On my way, I met an older male teacher who has been a real mentor to me and always checks up on me and asks if I need anything. He must have overheard something occur earlier because he asked in genuine concern what had happened. I told him. As I’m doing so, this student comes walking down the hall, turns the corner and walks through us, saying loudly, “I should have slapped that bitch” and continues talking as she gets down the hall and out of earshot. After she passes another teacher’s room on that hall, the teacher comes out with a horrified expression on her face, saying “Did you hear what she said!?” We said we didn’t, and she informs us. It was “I should have beat the shit out of her too and punched her right in that belly.”
Momentary pause from the story to say that I lost our last baby to miscarriage. Instantly, I was sent into a panic of crying and wanting to throw up. Other teachers rushed to my side, took my kids that were arriving into their classrooms and otherwise comforted me to try to help me calm down.
The assistant principal came to see me. She mentioned that the student had gone up to the front office telling our receptionist and other employees that they could all go fuck themselves and that she was going to beat the assistant principal’s ass because she had given her in school suspension for the art room incident, effectively taking away her senior breakfast the next day, which elicited direct threats to the AP from the student. I also learned that in 6th grade, the student was tazed for attacking an SRO and that in 9th grade, the student beat a boy with a broomstick “within inches of his life.” She said that she would be speaking with mom and that she intended to say “we can press charges,” although it was stated in a way that made it clear that would not be happening.
An hour later, I still couldn’t calm down and administration sent me home. However, I still had to attend the final session of a beginning teacher training that my county holds later in the evening. My instructor for that course is a principal in our county with 30+ years in. I asked him directly what I should do and that a restraining order seemed bare minimum to my husband and I after talking. He said “the county does not typically condone teachers getting restraining orders against students without physical assault taking place.” This concerned me given that it is still my legal right, (specifically through a Civil No Contact Order) confirmed by our SRO to me today.
My AP however, says “She’s all bark” and that I can lock my door during the schoolday for now. As of yet, the student has gotten a 3 day OSS and will have an immediate conference upon her return to discuss where to go from there. I was offered the opportunity to attend this conference and said I would like to think on it. At this point, I don’t know.
Do I file the civil order even though all of my administration seems intent that we look past it because “she hasn’t had a major incident in 3 years?” What do I do to ensure my safety when she has a clear and documented history of violence and my 2 pound baby cannot defend himself?
Please help! Any advice is appreciated, and I’m happy to answer any questions if needed. Btw, I am in NC (no union.)
TLDR; Angry student with documented history of violence said with her back turned about me that she “should have punched that bitch in the belly” and I am 7 months pregnant. Do I choose to file a restraining order even though it seems quite frowned upon in my county? And if not, what other steps do I demand for my child’s safety?
